Il fait sec, brun, le paysage craque et gratte. Des images se nouent, des brins se tissent, des mots se mêlent. Dans le fanzine Des Brins, Tamara Morisset nous guide au cœur des garrigues du Gard. Un paysage qu'elle connaît intimement dans lequel elle habite aujourd’hui.
Tamara Morisset pratique la photographie et la sculpture, cherchant à prolonger l’expérience du toucher. Elle observe son environnement et ses particularités tout en s’intéressant à l’histoire des lieux et à la charge symbolique des matériaux. Elle mélange intuitions empiriques et précision technique pour travailler ses matières, tout en explorant de nouvelles possibilités issues du monde végétal et minéral. Intégrant les sensations corps entre voyant et visible, elle questionne la matérialité de l’autre, qu’il soit un objet, une plante ou un animal. Ses œuvres interrogent nos modes de perception du vivant et le rapport à l’altérité.
Depuis de nombreuses années, Tamara tisse un lien intime avec les paysages du Gard où elle s’est récemment installée. Au contact de ces paysages, elle a imaginé en 2023 une sculpture un-situ dans un ancien corps de ferme à Collias et une exposition dans le village de Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie.

Tamara Morisset works in photography and sculpture, seeking to extend the experience of touch. She observes her environment and its particularities, while taking an interest in the history of places and the symbolic charge of materials. She combines empirical intuition and technical precision to work her materials, while exploring new possibilities from the plant and mineral world. Integrating the sensations of the body between the seeing and the visible, she questions the materiality of the other, be it an object, a plant or an animal. Her work questions our ways of perceiving living things and our relationship with otherness.
For many years, Tamara has forged an intimate bond with the landscapes of the Gard region, where she recently settled. In contact with these landscapes, in 2023 she has imagined a un-situ sculpture in an old farmhouse in Collias and an exhibition in the village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie.
